It has a full size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy full privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Flex Plus is quite on demand for a couple of reasons. It is the best option in terms of price/performance ratio. It gets the maximum extent of natural daylight and has a great view of the city. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:

- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.

We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
